U.S. Office of Refugee Resettlement
The mission of the Office of Refugee Resettlement is to help refugees, Cuban/Haitian entrants, asylums, and other beneficiaries of our program to establish a new life that is founded on the dignity of economic self-support and encompasses full participation in opportunities which Americans enjoy.

 

U.S. Department of Education
The U.S. Department of Education was established on May 4, 1980 by Congress in the Department of Education Organization Act (Public Law 96-88 of October 1979). The Department's mission is to assure access to equal educational opportunity for every individual, improve the quality of education; and increase the accountability of Federal education programs.

 

Open Society Institute (Emma Lazarus Fund)
The Emma Lazarus Fund of the Open Society Institute was a $50 million grant making program created to combat the unfair treatment of and discrimination against immigrants who are lawfully present in the United States .

Community Foundation for the National Capital Region
The Community Foundation for the National Capital Region facilitates individual, family and organizational giving at all levels to improve the quality of life in the metropolitan Washington region.

Southeast Asian Resource Action Center
