Vietnamese American Association Community Service Center Summary: Located in Oklahoma, the VAA is an organization that provides a number of social services to refuges of different nationalities living in Oklahoma City and the surrounding states. The VAA provides resettlement services such as English as-a-second language training, vocational ESL training, basic computer training, job search/placement assistance, citizenship welfare and other services.
