Association of Senior Citizens of Vietnamese Origin Purpose: The purpose of ASCIVO shall be to help senior citizens of Vietnamese origin living in the Tamp Bay region to improve their quality of life by passing through the aging process with dignity and without enduring major problems. Statement of Purpose: Based as a nonprofit organization, the purpose of the association is to rally Vietnamese who do no accept Communism, those who were born Hue and those who, although not born Hue but, have sympathy and good feelings for Hue to: show mutual support and solidarity; preserve and develop the cultural heritage of the Vietnamese people; and support and help strengthen the Vietnamese communities in FL, in the USA, over overseas.
