Application Procedures

 Agencies must submit applications according to the established guidelines below. Failure to follow the set guidelines is subject for point-score deduction and/or disqualification.

Application Format :

Applications must be submitted in the following format:

•  Cover sheet - One (1) page containing agency name and contact information

•  Narrative - Maximum of four (4) pages. Content guidelines for the narrative are found below

•Submission

 •  Applications must be postmarked by Friday, September 16th, 2005. Hand-delivered applications must be received by Friday, September 16th, 2005, at 5:00 pm Eastern Time . Applicant may also e-mail or fax application to NAVASA. E-mail and fax must also be received by Friday, September 16th, 2005, at 5:00 pm Eastern Time. Incomplete, or late applications will result in automatic disqualification .

•  Agencies only need to submit to NAVASA one (1) copy of their application. DO NOT bind the application. Stapled or clipped the pages together ONLY. Applicants are encouraged to retain one additional completed copy for their own files.

•  Mail, hand-deliver, e-mail or fax applications to the following information
