What are the benefits of becoming a Dấn Thân Fellow?

Dấn Thân (also known as VACAP) Fellowship is a great opportunity for selected fellows to gain valuable experiences that he/she would not otherwise learn from a normal entry level job. Furthermore, each fellow will have the chance to work intimately with the Vietnamese American community, grow professionally, and can truly make a difference in the community in which he/she is placed. Therefore, no matter what field the fellow decides to pursue at the end of the fellowhship, the experience that he/she learn will become valuable tools in his/her career.

Below is the list of some of the benefits that the fellow will gain from the Dấn Thân Fellowship.
